Shame on you Mr Achutanandan

It was early morning and as usual I was going through my newspapers. I was stunned completely by remarks made by Kerala Chief Minister Mr Achutanandan on slain NSG major Unnikrishnan in Bangalore.

Achutanandan was turned away from the house of Unnikrishnan by his father, and Achutanandan reacted and I quote “It was for sandeep I had gone, otherwise even a DOG wouldn’t have visited them. I never expected this.”

Mr Achutanandan are you out of your mind. Before making these kind of statement do you even know how it feels when a family has lost his son, a father has lost his son in the name of nation, fighting with the terrorist - just for the country.

Had there not been NSG and other brave hearts who saved us from the disaster, he would have not been able to work freely like he is…literally.

Where are we heading, where is the nation heading. No sympathy and no gratitude for people who had given there life just for us, for the people of India who can walk freely on the streets. Terrorists have no religion, it does not even know for what cause they are retaliating in this manner, but people like Achutanandan are worse than these terrorist.

This is plain insensitive…if politicians keep playing this blame game not taking and performing there responsibilities what they are selected for, I am sure people like Unnikrishnan’s father would never send their son to fight for the nation, work for the nation.

And people like Achutanandan should forget that people would expect the great act of responsibility from people like you.

Shame on you Mr Achutanandan, I really pity on you. Hope the next election in Kerala would throw you from the so called ‘power sit’ like we dump garbage in dustbin.

i happened to watch the entire sequence of events on our masala tv news channels. one must remember that every individual in our country is going through a variety of emotions - fear, anger, sadness and loss. sandeep's father's behaviour although inappropriate, can be excused as the actions of a father who has lost his only son. but honestly does it matter which politican came or did not come. the thinking public in india have given up on this lot. we have no expectations from them, they are capable of stooping to any levels. the cm's use of words is totally unjustified and a shame.

Know reality before posting
Sandeep's father was on the stand that he didnt want any politician from kerala to meet his family as they didnt sent any representative on Sandeep's funeral(According to officials CM's political secretary had attended, I am not sure), I think he has all rights to decide on this as he is Sandeep's father. When Achutanandan and Home minister visited Sandeep's house his father told that he dont want any Dogs to visit them. It must have come out of his sadness and anger. We can understand that. It's on reply to these words CM said "if it hasn't been Sandeep's house no dogs would have visited". Such a comment could have been avoided but I dont think it's tat great issue like media has projected. Many english and hindi news papers have given wrong translation to CMs words. Like "No dogs will visit your house". This made many national leaders and public react strongly against him. But still I feel CM should have controlled his feelings taking the feelings of a father in consideration. In short we can say that both sides wronged.

I have just read these comments and I am sorry to say the statements and maturity of those making these extremely negative statements are much worse than that of Achutantan's own. We need to think and speak responsibly, if we have to have any moral right to judge the terrorists actions or the CM's words. If there was no concern for the slain from the Kerala CM, would he have visited them? Or should he have flown to Mumbai while the action was going on and made a speech like Modi? If there was a day's delay in visiting the house, does that mean there is no concern? I just watched the video on youtube. After asking the camera to roll, Sandeep's father is setting out to abuse and discredit chief minister and another minister (looked like he lost his mind for some time). Deciding he doesn't want to see any polititian is Sandeep's father's call. But he doesn't have to say "he doesn't want to see any dog". What response was he expecting from the Kerala CM? I think Kerala CM responded in a tit for tat manner, stating "no dog would have come to his house if it wasn't for the slain major". In my view, the CM should have controlled his response. CM and other politiations should do their job and strengthen the security situation. And they shouldn't visit a place where they are not welcome. I respect and honor Major Sandeep's action and his sacrifice. I am proud of our commandos who risked their lives to rescue poeople and kill all the terrorists. And my thoughts are with the families of victims, slain policemen, commandos and other security personnel. But that deosn't mean that Sandeep's father gets the right to abuse somebody for no reason, particularly when he is a person holding a high office. Do you think Kerala CM should be concerned only about Sandeep than any other cammandos and hence visiting only his family in another state? Or is he expected by all to visit people originating from his state? or his party? or his religion? If the CM visits the family's house on time, is his job done and our country would become stronger?

The people of Kerala are impotent.How else can they tolerate that bastard CM to make such irresponsible and thoughtless statements and still go scot free? Why dont they throw him out of power by demanding his resignation? If they do that, it will be a true service to the family of that martyr Sandeep Unnikrishanan as well as a tight slap on these politicians.It is never too late.Please do it at least now and show them-the politician-the might of the people and send them a strong message that it is they who are our servants and not the other way round.

This bastard deserves to be lynched by dogs in public as he has insulted dogs which are known to be loyal to their masters. This old fox has bitched the people who elected him to be the chief minister. Its unfortunate that in India the politicians neither retire nor die. Unnikrishnan was a great son of India and I salute him. His sacrifice shall always remain an inspiration to us.
